This website is provided by Nexxgen Digital to describe our services and to receive consultation requests. It is offered as-is, in English, primarily for businesses in Canada.
No professional advice from the blog
Articles are general commentary. They are not legal, security, accounting or search-engine guarantees. A proposal is the only place we commit to a scope.
Enquiries
Submitting the form is a request for contact, not a contract. We may decline work that is a poor fit, including projects that require fabricating testimonials, hiding ownership, or weakening security.
Intellectual property
The design, copy and code of this website belong to Nexxgen Digital unless a separate licence says otherwise. Example case studies are demonstration content, not client endorsements.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated spam, probe forms beyond ordinary use, or upload unlawful content. We rate-limit the public form and may block abusive traffic.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this public website. Paid client work is governed by its own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
